Obtain restitution, reimbursement or reimbursement of federal taxes

  • Request your refund, reimbursement or reimbursement of federal taxes. The order is usually made through the  PER/DCOMP program Refund, Reimbursement or Reimbursement and Compensation Statement ) program , but not all credits can be requested this way. 

    Attention! The refund of personal income tax (IRPF) is made through the income tax return itself. If your refund is not correct, or you have not received the amounts, check the status of your statement  to understand what happened and, if applicable, send a rectifying statement, correcting the information.

    If the income tax refund was sent to the bank, but you have not received it in your bank account, nor withdrawn it within 1 (one) year, use the specific service to obtain the non-redeemed refund in the banking network .

    The user of the public service, as established by Law nº 13.460/17, is entitled to face-to-face assistance, when necessary, in healthy, safe, signposted, accessible and adequate facilities for the service and assistance.

    Information about who is entitled to priority treatment

    Persons with disabilities, the elderly aged 60 years or over, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with infants and the obese are entitled to priority assistance, as established by law 10,048, of November 8, 2000.
